"First Steps" is our comprehensive beginners course, where you'll learn practical and effective strategies that you can immediately use to improve all areas of family life. When you use these simple and respectful tools, your children will begin to do what you ask them to do without complaint and without being reminded and you'll be less stressed. Hard to imagine? Just attend "First Steps" and start practicing the techniques; you'll be calmer and happier and your children will be more cooperative and confident.
If you have a partner, we highly recommend that you attend together for the best results. This seminar is for parents new to Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting or who may have attended a short talk at a school or organization.

Relevant for parents of toddlers to teens, including children with special needs.
This course gives parents skills review, support and practice, helping you to achieve your goals for your family. The workshop runs for four consecutive Tuesday morning or evening sessions in an informal group setting. If you are a returning participant, this is an exceptionally useful course for relevant review of skills with a primary focus on practice and applying the CEHP strategies to solve your everyday parenting challenges. This weekly course is a favorite in the U.K., and we are pleased to be able to offer this highly requested class now in Southern California.
This course consists of three stages
The fees for participants are:
1. $79.95 for the CD Skills Series (for new participants)
2. $225/one and $299/two
