• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
  
• All exchanges and returns require a copy of the CEHP Customer Order Receipt with order number.
  
  
• Returns must be received within 60 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  
  
• When returning products, we suggest shipping with insurance and tracking.
  
  
• All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original sealed packaging.
